HATLEY CASTLE WEDDING

Bagpipes, tartan, stone archways, and a castle rising behind it all. K + F’s Hatley Castle wedding had the scale of the setting without losing the details that made the day theirs.

We moved through the grounds with intention, using the gardens, stone, and changing light without turning portraits into a production. The gallery moves between the grandeur of Hatley and the quieter exchanges happening inside it.

Akzhana made us feel at ease in front of the camera right away and gave us the guidance we needed without making anything feel regimented. We could focus on each other, get caught up in the moment, and have fun.
